  I absolutely loved my stay at NunoHotel in Cologne. The location is absolutely perfect. You can explore the city when you like on foot no need to public transport or taxi.
  The hotel is very cosy. Everything you need is right there. The reception area is beautiful and arranged to accommodate any needs. They even nave a beautiful children play area, and Cody place to serve breakfast, rest, work and serve foot that you may have bought it outside the hotel. I am not a breakfast person so I cannot comment of that, but the last day I wanted to have a coffee and the lady at the bar made it with so much love and the coffee was superb.
  The staff went way out of their way, above and beyond with their kindness and care. It was like wow. I really felt I came to stay at friends not at a hotel. They were friendly, supportive, warm, kind and at the same time professional and very efficient and effective.
  The entire place and my room were very clean.
  The WiFi was perfect as I needed to do some work. Also very easy to access not with long passwords that are challenging to get right. They have a way to access it that is easy and straightforward without having to give all your details. I love it.
  The room was very clean. Everything I needed was there and more.
  The attention to details is absolutely great.
  I highly recommend this hotel and I will book there again when I will visit Cologne again.

  The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly and helpful! We had booked parking and it was easy to find and by the hotel. We enjoyed the decor of the hotel. And for the price we paid, and if you are only staying a night or two is a great option.
  There are limited amenities in the rooms but the hotel has small fridges available in an area you can use and has coffee for sale.
  The location is great, there are any shops you need close by, public transport and walkable to the city center.
  We had booked 2 large rooms which offered enough space, bathrooms are always a bit small in hotels but this we could deal with, it had everything you need.

  The hotel was very easy to reach via public transportation. As I was travelling with a baby that was very important to me. The staff were super nice and the breakfast was awesome.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that I did not like it was the window in my bedroom. I had the impression it was not fully isolated and I felt cold at night.
