  the location was very convenient, super close to lanxess arena for the event we were attending. the property was very clean and well equipped and the staff/owners were super sweet and quick to respond to all my questions!
  
  What could be improved: the only issue with the property was the heating the first night. unfortunately, the whole house was affected. i do appreciate the staff/owners being very quick to respond and fixing the problem temporarily so that our second night was warm!

  Sehr gute Lage zur Lanxess Arena und auch in die Innenstadt sind es nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Einrichtung, Ausstattung und Beleuchtung haben unseren Geschmack getroffen.
  
  What could be improved: Der Straßenverkehr sowie die Tram sind in der Nacht sind etwas störend.

  Super schnelle Antwort als ich Fragen hatte. Zusatzbett wurde in die Wohnung gestellt (richtig bequem), im Kühlschrank warteten Eis-Fruchtzwerge (mit den Holzstielen drin – absolute Kindheitserinnerungen waren sofort da!!) sowie eine Flasche Prickelwasser. Aussergewöhnlich!
  Der Check-In war in Person und auch mega nett sowie unkompliziert.
  Von den Kaffee-Tabs, der voll ausgestatteten Küche samt Salz, Pfeffer und Öl, Sauberkeit, … einfach nur top. Und der tolle Sound der Musik-Anlage hat die Abende umso besser gemacht.
  Lage zur Lanxess Arena unschlagbar. Martin ist ein super Gastgeber – jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.
  
  What could be improved: WICHTIG: bringt unbedingt sehr gute Ohrstöpsel mit! Auf der Karte sieht man, dass die Wohnung am Deutzer Ring liegt, also entsprechende Frequenz, gross-stadt-bedingt. Die Strassenbahnen fahren bis spät nachts sowie ab dem frühen Morgen. Mit Oropax ging es für uns aber super gut.

  Tolle Einrichtung, da hat jemand mitgedacht!

  Die Lage war gut, Parkmöglichkeiten zu einem sehr sehr guten preis, nicht weit entfernt. Man hat alles was man braucht in der Wohnung, schöne einrichtung und sehr sauber gehalten. Man fühkt sich gleich wohl!
  
  What could be improved: Leider war kein Staubsauger vor ort um mal kurz durch zu saugen, grad wenn man mal längere zeit dort ist.
  
  Was mich am meisten gestört hat. Man konnte die eingangstür nur von aussen zu schließen. Also von innen nicht abschließbar… dazu war an der Toilette ein Fenster im rücken was zwar einen Vorhang hatte, aber nicht blickdicht. Sprich jemand im innenhof oder die Nachbarn gegenüber konnten zugucken 😀
