  Excellent location, very easy to access from the train station and nice view of the square from the room. The staff was absolutely wonderful and we were given an upgrade to the suite which was incredible! Bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice as well!

  All staff were excellent. The room was spacious and very comfortable with plenty of water provided. Lovely toiletries too. Beds very comfortable. Very central location, easy to get to everywhere and soundproofing must be good as we were not disturbed by any outside noise.

  We were lucky enough to have a top floor room that had a massive balcony overlooking a large city square with multiple restaurants and pubs with locals and visitors milling about till late. Only about 5-6 blocks to Central station, Koln Cathedral and from the river and multiple restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
  
  What could be improved: Taxis would not go up the one block cobble stone dead end street to drop off or pick up, so had to drag luggage 1 block.
