  The location was perfectly suitable for a family visit especially with kids. The tram stop was nearby. All facilities and shops were nearby.Thr apartment itself has all the necessary things.
  
  What could be improved: 1. For arrival I didn't get contacted by the organiser to provide me the address. That time was really unpleasant. I got so stressed and thought I might get scammed. I spent hours far from my home with my kids looking for the solution.
  2. The bed requirements according to the members were not good and up to the mark.
  For kids there was a double bed. Actually a low standard folding bed. Which was broken on the second day while sleeping.
  I contacted the owner. And he sent anyone to repair it. At least that was the act of kindness .

  What could be improved: Not a pampering place at all. Uncomfortable, creaky beds, I have never encountered such disrespect for guests. The staff does not communicate on WhatsApp, only on a German phone.
  The location is next to a restaurant and on a noisy main road. Access to public transportation is very convenient.
  This is not a place for vacation, I came back with back and neck pain due to the terrible sleep

  Well located near the metro/tram and nice shops and cafes nearby. Check in and out easy.
  
  What could be improved: Beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was not enough beds for the 4 guest, we had to use the "sofa bed" on the living room. Should not be described as a room for 4-5.
  The contact with the accommodation was very disappointing, they were not helpful and I felt they were making fun of us by the disrespectful/ironic answers.
  I felt this room was a waste of money because I could have selected other rooms with similar conditions for less. I chose this because I thought my family of 4 would feel comfortable in it and that was really not the case.
  This was the worst room I ever booked with booking which also makes me disappointed with the platform.

  What could be improved: The check-in process was super disturbing. Firt I did jot receive any information or steps how to do inline check-in. The host does not communicate in English and send everything in German. They do not work after 18:00. If you have issue receiving guide for check-in then you should wait until next day 12:00 and loose the money for one night.

  Nice clean apartment with good aesthetics at a great location. The apartment was close to a tram stop and supermarket. The neighbourhood is chill. Apartment is equipped with all utensils, towels, bedding, etc. to cover necessities. Overall, we respect the effort of the host company and the place itself is nice with most facilities available for a good stay.
  
  What could be improved: The stay however, was not relaxing due to two reasons:
  1. House rules (shown during online-check-in): Extra charge if you damage, extra charge if there is too much stain on towels, tidy up the place and leave it as you found it, do not move furniture, you must vacuum everyday, etc. etc. (keeping in mind there is also a cleaning fee while booking). Wifi is available but connectivity not guaranteed. While it is fair that guests should treat each place with respect and not damage anything, we felt the house-rules was excessive overall.
  2. Mentioned above already, it was stated during check-in that wifi connectivity is not guaranteed. Unlucky for us, the wifi was available but we could not connect to it (our phones are of EU) and the host could not help. Living without wifi was not fun at all.

  Neat and clean. Central location. Close to the tram line. Kitchen was very well equipped. We'll stocked cupboards with basic essentials for cooking and cleaning.
  
  What could be improved: The address provided by Briget on booking.com was incorrect. After a very long 1 hour struggle, we got the correct address. However, she could not bother to check up even once, to see if we found the place. Terrible service. The bed was very uncomfortable. If you are a family, there is no sound barrier between the bedroom and lounge area. The linen is limited and only 1 blanket is provided for the whole apartment

  The location was very convenient for us. The tram station is right outside, and there are plenty of shops around. The apartment is clean, the kitchen and bathroom are nice.
  
  What could be improved: The second bed was not very comfortable, and the picture on the website is a stock image, not a photo of the bed in the actual apartment. It actually barely fits in the bedroom while still being able to open the door.

  What could be improved: Where should i start ?
  Booked for 3 nights, got a message after few minutes that 3rd night was not possible for a new reservation.
  she said she would have refund me later the difference ( i had already the feeling something was strange)
  When the reservation became obligatory and not free to cancel she sent me message asking for extra money , extra cleaning 55€, towels and beed sheets ( where i am supposed to sleep without bed sheets ) 20€+20 € per person !!!!
  we had a strong conversation and she decided to not charge it (spoiler: just in the beginning cause i've not got any money back )
  asked 4 times the code for the safe lock, she sent me two different codes. (she's not even in Koln)
  house itself is ok but the photo of the sofa is photoshopped. it looks really big but in reality is small.
  she didn't even put the bed sheets on the bed, we had to put ourselves.
  after the checkout i got the message that i left the house dirty. ( i don't know if i have to cry or laugh)
  in summary i won't have my money back from her and i am working with booking to solve this matter.
  i am not writing all the story cause i'd write a book of this journey.
  never had an experience like this in 20 years of working travels.
  please do not book over here if you a want a safe and calm journey.
  this is my advise.
