  De grote van de kamer de veel ramen en de chique interieur. De kamers lijken goed geïsoleerd te zijn en je hebt geen last van de andere gasten.
  
  What could be improved: We konden via de site niet de aangeraden door de eigenaar parkeerplaats reserveren, dus moesten we iets meer dan voorzien betalen om te parkeren. Gelukkig was het niet te duur.

  Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Ferienunterkunft in Köln. Die Lage war perfekt – nur wenige Minuten mit der Bahn von der wunderschönen Altstadt, den gemütlichen Weihnachtsmärkten und den malerischen Rheinufer entfernt.
  
  Die Unterkunft selbst war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.
  Ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine Besteck und Gläser war für uns vollkommen ausgereicht.
  Zu erwähnen ist auch das alles sehr sauber war so das man sich sofort wohl fühlt.
  
  Der Gastgeber (Jakob) war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, er war für jede Frage offen und die Antwort hat nicht lang auf sich warten lassen . Wir haben die stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre und die festliche Dekoration der Stadt im Dezember wirklich genossen.
  
  Wir können diese Wohnung jedem Paar empfehlen, das Köln besucht und eine perfekte Mischung aus Komfort und zentraler Lage sucht!
  
  What could be improved: Der Eingangsbereich ist nicht sehr einladend, sobald man aber im Flur der Apartments steht ist man positiv überrascht.

  Great location in Nippes, part of the city centre. Long street with all the shops and cafes, and local beer places. Close to the tram stop to get to the exact city centre – Dom (4 stops). Every other district is easily reachable from the apartment.
  Jakob (the host) is very helpful, always online, checking, advising. The apartment has everything you need (heating, air conditioning, teapot, hairdryer etc). Big, cosy bed. Good, comfortable stay.
  
  What could be improved: It is quite noisy in the evening, at night, but this is smth you can expect by living in the city centre.

• Top Unterkunft in Nippes – Ka from Germany – November 29, 2024 (9/10)

  Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet, auch das Bad ist ein Hingucker. In der Atmosphäre habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt die Möglichkeit seine Lebensmittel zu kühlen und bei Bedarf Wäsche zu waschen, auch ein Trockner ist vorhanden. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Zwar liegt sie an einer Hauptstraße, die Fenster sind aber gut schallisoliert und haben dicke Vorhänge, sodass sich der Raum gut abdunkeln lässt.
  
  Durch die offene und hilfsbereite Kommunikation der Inhaber war mein Check-in mehr als komfortabel, es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Gerne wieder.

  This is a great apartment. Very clean and tidy with good space.
  Using codes to enter made it easy for check in. With a supermarket and pub near by it was very convenient. The location is great which makes it easy to get around as well. Would highly recommend.
