  The best choice in koln to stay. We have 5 times that arrived to koln. We change this year to this hotel and was awesome. The facilities are totally new! Is awesome because you are to the side of the trains but the room are totally quiet. The bathroom is really nice. The design of the hotel is really lovely. The staff amazing, always help us. And the price is lovely. Near the train station. For us is a hotel that we always going to choice. Most of the hotel in koln are old or dont have the facilities of the urban loft!!! Our best hotel in our 23 days of trip! And the rooftop is an excellent view to take rest and a lovely beer.

  Location was great as only 10 minutes walk away from the cathedral and 3 minutes walk from the train station. Our walking tour started 1 minute up the road too so we were very happy with the location. The guy who checked us in and out at reception was super friendly and really helpful. The room was small (we actually booked the slightly larger basic room so dread to think what the smaller one was like) but very clean with basic toiletries (body wash and had wash only) which was fine. You can refill your water bottle all day/night and get free coffee up until 11.30am every day which was a nice touch.
  
  What could be improved: Our room overlooked the street which was fine as it is nice to hear the everyday life passing underneath, but there is a problem with street people/drunks who could get quite vocal at times. The immediate area around the hotel felt a little unsafe due to this, but we encountered no problems. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice.

  Modern hotel with young, friendly staff. Great roof terrace 24/7 where you can sit and enjoy your time relaxing, nice seating in the hotel lobby and the possibility of using the bar 24/7. Excellent coffee (latte, cappuccino, presso, chocolate, tea) on offer and free of charge from 11:30 PM to 11:30 AM and water all day long 💜🍀🍾☕️

  Very easy booking and checking in and friendly knowledgeable staff. Modern looking hotel and very clean everywhere. Rooms were adequate size with everything you need, and the bed was super comfortable. Was the ideal base for exploring Cologne for us as minutes walk away from the Cathedral and other historical sights.

  Great stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the train station. The rooftop area is a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing. We appreciated the free coffees in the morning, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
