  The Deluxe apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, near the tram/bus station.
  
  What could be improved: There were two key issues that unfortunately impacted my overall satisfaction.
  
  First, the location of the apartment was significantly different from the one displayed at the time of booking. ( in the booking page it’s mentioned Glockengasse 68 and the Deluxe Apartment is at Bonner Straße 8. Information not displayed in any information before booking. I received the new address via email in the day of my departure 5 minutes before check-in)
  
  This discrepancy created confusion and inconvenience upon arrival, especially since the original location was one of the main reasons I chose this property.
  
  Second, the apartment description mentioned three beds (specifically, two double beds and one single bed). However, upon check-in, the apartment only had one double bed and one single bed. This mismatch in the advertised sleeping arrangements was disappointing and did not meet the expectations set by the listing.

  Loved the proximity of the apartment to the main areas we visited. Super easy to walk to train stations.
  
  What could be improved: The listing doesn’t mention that it’s o n the third floor with no elevator. Also it mentions access to laundry but there was no key to it. The host apologized about not having the bedding set up for four…luckily we had a spare blanket. They did bring stuff the next day. The listing doesn’t say that one of the beds is a pull out sofa bed…I think that should be included.

  It was in the middle of everywhere it needed to be. There are many alternatives for car parking. The owner gets back to you immediately and provides solutions with all his facilities. Do not take into account those who leave negative comments.

  Everything need to be done by self. There will not be any host or attendant to help you.
  
  What could be improved: For first timers this type of ckey collection will be very surprising. This key is kept in the locker with code outside the door and there are three such types of lockers. Even the host available on WhatsApp don't attends the call and chats only in German.

  the apartment is located in the center of the city, within easy reach of all important places, but at the same time, it is a quiet and peaceful area, there are many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby

  Location. It’s brilliant. Very central and didn’t need to use public transport. Short walk to central station. Room was clean and kitchenette is well kitted out.
  
  Bathroom is a great size and shower was really comfortable. Good sized room all round.
  
  With the small issues that I needed clarification on the manager was prompt to help out – note that the support times are 12:00pm-6:00pm.
