  Spacious apartment, with a well equipped kitchenette. The host was very responsive, and the self check-in was easy. The neighborhood isn't very pretty but it's well connected, the city center is only 10-15 min away by train. The beds were comfortable, and although there is a lot of noise from the street and neighboring apartments, earplugs were provided and it was easy to sleep.
  
  What could be improved: The entrance to the building isn't locked, which made it feel less safe during the evenings. It would have been nice to have toiletries included.

  Für uns hat das Quartier sehr gut gepasst. Es ist in der Nähe von U-Bahn und S-Bahn und wir haben beides genutzt, je nachdem, wohin wir gelangen wollten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in einem bunten Viertel mit vielen Möglichkeiten einzukaufen und gut essen zu gehen. Weil es mitten in einem Wohnviertel liegt, gibt es die übliche Geräuschkulisse. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett sind sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist unkompliziert. Wir hatten gute Tage und Nächte hier.

  Top Lage, mit Bahnstation und Köln Arkaden direkt um die Ecke. Sauberere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, aber ruhig ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Sehr nette und hilfsbereit Gastgeberin. Perfekt für Events in der Lanxess Arena.

  Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen und sehr gepflegten Zustand. Nichts hat gemüffelt oder war verstaubt. Die Kontaktaufnahme lief super. Die Lage so mitten in Köln-Kalk hat auch einen besonderen Reiz, zumal man innerhalb Kölns sowieso am besten mit der Bahn unterwegs ist. Alles war einfach super! Sogar der Kaffee und Tee war umsonst. Netflix auf dem TV, super schnelles WLAN, tolle Lage, rausgehen und von Lokal zu Lokal bummeln und sich aussuchen was man heute Abend essen will. Jetzt war auch noch der Weihnachtsmarkt 50 Meter entfernt, einfach Spitze!
