  Perfect location! 2 minutes from transport! Busy night life, pub, restaurants basically just outside the Hotel. Supermarket and shops close too.

  The hotel was 20min walk from the Cathedral and the river and only 10 minutes from the main shopping area. The room was spacious and the view of the city was lovely.
  
  What could be improved: The bed and pillows had seen better days and were too soft. Some additional coffee making supplies could have been provided in the room (teaspoons, milk etc). But, the reception were very helpful when asked.

  This hotel was perfect for our city break and for the Christmas markets. It was easy to get to, from the airport on the trains.
  The room itself was clean & tidy; the room was cleaned each day. The contents of the mini bar were free and restocked each day – a nice touch.
  We found the bed very comfortable.
  Breakfast was great with hot and cold options, fruit, continental and sausages/eggs.
  All hotel staff were very pleasant.
  
  What could be improved: The bedroom decor could do with updating/modernising, like the main areas in the hotel have been but it didn’t have any impact on us.
