  Bakery, shops (incl. Lidl, Rewe) take aways, pubs, restaurants, ice cream places and tram all within walking distance.
  Fabulous communication with super nice hosts about keys and check-in, directions and parking.
  Spacious studio apartment, furnished to a high standard.
  Huge bath, walk-in shower and tub.
  Terrace, balcony and little grassed area a welcomed bonus.
  Super quiet inside once terrace doors have been closed.
  Soundproofed walls block out all neighbourly and traffic noises.
