  Location very good, close to city center, walking distance.
  Very friendly and helpfull owner. Room very clean, nice bathroom, beds very nice.

  The owners have a very good italian restaurant with real italian food and great staff.
  They have private Parking space.

  Very very big and comfortable room (60 square metre or more). Close to train station. Host lives in Italian restaurant downstair. Can contact him anytime.
  
  What could be improved: We arrived during the closed time of the restaurant where the host stay. We have to wait in the rain for 3-5 minutes until he opened the door. The rest of the stay is great though.
  Stair is steep with no elevator. Carry the suitcase up 3 floor.

  The location was very good; just six minutes walk from the railway station. There was plenty of room and the amenities equalled any you would have in a five star hotel.
  
  What could be improved: A lift would have made it perfect. I was given an apartment on the second floor, which made carrying a suitcase very difficult, however, assistance was readily provided both on arrival and departure.

  The location is in the city centre so access to restaurants and shops, was amazing.
  The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean.
  The apartment was serviced daily.
  Beds were comfortable.
  Shower was great.
  Owner greeted us warmly.
  
  What could be improved: No lifts to get luggage to room and staircase was quite steep.
  (Owner carried then up but we had to carry them down).
  Lighting in the apartment was quite dull. Only lamps.
  Apartments are over a restaurant so noise could be heard from there sometimes.
  Apartment is close to train station and sometimes trains could be heard at night.
