I actually ended up exploring Hürth itself more than I expected – there’s a charming local vibe that you miss when you’re stuck in the tourist bubble of central Cologne.

The practical stuff matters too, and they’ve got it sorted. Parking isn’t the nightmare it can be in this part of Germany, which anyone who’s driven here will appreciate. Check-in was straightforward – no standing around lobbies or dealing with rushed front desk staff. It’s the kind of place where you get your keys, get settled, and actually start enjoying your trip instead of recovering from travel stress.
