  The location was excellent right near the Köln Dom and other central attractions
  The use of the spa, gym and pool facilities was also a great addition.
  The parking direct underneath the hotel was also very convenient but we were lucky as space there is very limited

  The room cleaning wasn’t very thorough – we had to complain about it but the reception quickly got it sorted out.

  Staff were great- Helpful and friendly. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Cold fridge in cupboard. Easy to use and secure safe in cupboard. Great location.

  A nice welcome at the reception desk and a really comfortable room. Breakfast had a lot of choice and the staff at breakfast were friendly and efficient. It was nice to have a bath as well as a shower in the room.
