That kind of local knowledge makes all the difference when you’re stuck in an unfamiliar suburb. The hotel restaurant is solid too, don’t get me wrong, but sometimes you want to see what’s actually around. Parking was straightforward, which sounds basic but you’d be amazed how many airport hotels make that unnecessarily complicated. Check-in was quick even during what seemed like a busy period – I was there on a Thursday evening and there were quite a few other travelers, but no waiting around. The 8.9 rating makes sense when you experience it firsthand; it’s not trying to be flashy or oversell itself, just delivering on what matters most when you need a reliable place to stay near the airport without feeling like you’re camping out in a terminal.

  We are really satisfying with the service in this hotel. My mother was happy with the breakfast which they offer many options for vegatarisch . The fresh juice and the customize omelette is so far the satisfying one we try in our trip in Germany. We're also pleased with the service from the staffs at the counter and the girl who makes omelette for us.

  The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, ideal for relaxation. There’s a small center within walking distance with a market, pizzeria, and döner shop — enough to meet basic needs. If you want to go to Cologne city center, the train takes you there in just 15 minutes. The staff are polite and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Melis at the reception for her kind assistance.

  We get impressed with the first step that we took inside the lobby…Also if we stayed only one night, we had time to discover the nice atmosphere from the hotel bar,had some good drinks, played some pool and had some tasty breakfast in the morning.
