  The airport shuttle is really handy, it goes often and it is included in the price. The restaurant staff are very pleasant and friendly, The reception staff are very helpful with information. The rooms are comfy and have space in them.
  
  What could be improved: The communication in advance . I specifically asked about a late check out. Twice. I asked again on arrival. They had to check. I ended up paying an extra fee which I didn't mind. But then I had housekeeping at my door for regular checking out time. That wasn't great on their systems

  What could be improved: the transfer that was supposed to pick us up from the airport never arrived. the girl who spoke to us on the phone was rude. although we came to the pick-up point that the girl said, no one ever arrived. repeated calls were answered with dissatisfaction. in the end, we took a regular taxi
