  The apartment had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the coffee machine and the coffee provided — such a nice touch. The terrace was lovely, and the location was perfect. The place was quite clean, and the host was very friendly and welcoming.
  
  What could be improved: There were a few things that could be improved. There was no washing machine (even tho it’s mentioned it’s there on Booking), and there were no power outlets in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Initially, there were no sheets for the sofa beds, and when we received them, they didn’t look very fresh. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable smell of weed in the apartment, which wasn’t pleasant. It also got quite cold at night, and the radiators didn’t fully heat the space.

• Sehr gut angebundene u. ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit angemessenem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis – Nadine from Germany – March 3, 2025 (8/10)

  Im Vorfeld der Anreise hat sich der Vermieter um einen 2 Plattenherd gekümmert, da die Wohnung grds. nur über eine Mikrowelle verfügt. Wir sind mit 3 Frauen zum Karneval gereist u. waren sehr begeistert von der guten Anbindung der Wohnung in die Innenstadt. In nur 3 Stationen (wenigen Minuten) ist man mit der Linie 16 am Hauptbahnhof/Dom. Die Verbindung ist sehr gut getaktet, alle 10 Minuten, nachts alle 15 Minuten. Trotz der zentralen Lage zur Straßenbahn ist die Wohnung total ruhig gelegen, da die Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer zum Garten heraus sind. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist der Zoo. Wir waren bezogen auf unseren Aufenthalt mit der Wohnung, Ausstattung u. Lage sehr zufrieden u. würden wiederkommen.
  
  What could be improved: Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre schön gewesen, was aber der Besonderheit geschuldet war, dass die Gruppe zum Karneval nicht unbedingt gemeinsam nach Hause kommt. Ist kein echter Kritikpunkt.

  Vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaar, telefonische contact met de eigenaar verliep makkelijk.
  Mooi en schoon apartment. Er is een kleine keuken met de nodige keuken spullen, waterkoker en koelkast, je kan bijvoorbeeld eigen ontbijt klaar maken.
  Top locatie, rustig buurt, er is metro vlakbij, je arriveert na 3 of 4 haltes in het centrum van Keulen. Er is gratig paarkeer bij de accommodatie, wel van te voren overleggen met apartment eigenaar .

  Nice and clean apartment. There is a small kitchen with the necessary kitchen utensils, kettle and refrigerator, so you can prepare your own breakfast.
  Top location, quiet neighborhood, there is a metro nearby, you arrive in the center of Cologne after 3 or 4 stops. There is free parking at the accommodation, but please consult the owner in advance.
