  Claudia is a fantastic host and extremely friendly. Upon arriving, she showed us to the room and also gave us some great tips on places to visit and how to get our way around the city of Cologne. She has eveything stocked ready for our arrival and said to contact her via WhatsApp if we need any additional supplies.
  
  I would recommend staying here, it's not to far out from the city Centre, you're able to catch the number 16 line to the cathedral and the stop is only a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. There is also a great bakery in the local area for breakfast/lunch, a recommendation of Claudia's.

  My colleques and I stayed at flat for four days, Cl is a nice houseowner ,help us to complate the check in process easily. We complated all process in 10minutes. The flat has enough size to be able to stay three people. it is very clean and has comfortable beds. all kitchen utensils , toiletries .İt is located in very quite neighborhood.

  close to U bahn and bus station. There are some restaurants and cafes around the home .Someone who stay at home can reach to downtown in 15 minutes with U_Bahn.

  1) The location was very quiet and nice; almost near the Leverkusen Mitte bus station;
  2) Room and bathroom were very clean and tidy;
  3) You can drink tap water 😀
  4) I was able to do early check out, just leaving keys;
  5) There was a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine in the room (everything except the kettle was for extra pay, but maybe it is nice to have choice);
  6) Bed linen and towels were provided, thank you;
  7) Lidl was in 10 minutes walking;
  8) Ms. Claudia was very friendly and helpful;
  9) It was easy to find the place because of the house sign;
  10) Ms. Claudia gave me Wi Fi access as a gift ❤️❤️❤️
  
  What could be improved: 1) Not really flexible check-in (I could make it at 20:00 without extra pay, but I was really nervous because my bus was a little bit late and I was afraid that I'll be late too :((((
  2) In my humble opinion, some things could be included into the whole price (for example, everybody today uses Wi-Fi and fridge) 😀 but that's okay, the Host has its own right to create rules.
  3) One day I was getting back to my room late at night and I was nervous about not destroying everybody's sleep because of the old stairs that were loud 😀 but that's fine, I would not touch those stairs too, this is almost a historical item already 🙂
