  De locatie is goed. Het apartement is ruim genoeg.
  
  What could be improved: De keuken was niet erg schoon, er lagen nog medicatie van een vorige gast op een schotel in de kast.
  Inchecken was ingewikkeld, want er was vergeten mij toe te voegen, zodat ik de deur niet open kon doen.

  Tolle Größe und super Lage fast direkt am Friesenplatz. Bequeme Betten. Unkomplizierter Check In per Mail.
  
  What could be improved: Sehr wenig Küchen Ausstattung. Keine großen Kaffeetassen, Weingläser, Flaschenöffner, Salatschüssel, Pfanne, da geht auf jeden Fall noch etwas mehr. TV empfängt nur 3 Sender. Im Hof ist Mülltrennung, im Apartment gibt es aber nur einen Mülleimer für alles.

  Great sized apartment with a spacious bathroom, plenty of storage and a good kitchen with a 2-ring hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Large balcony too. Bed was comfy and towels and bedding were provided. Entry was via an app and was therefore keyless.
  
  What could be improved: Using the app for entry was good but without an Internet connection or unstable Internet, this could pose a problem. It also felt a little unsecure as I prefer a physical key. The apartment was on the top floor which meant it was very quiet and private, however if you struggle with stairs/have a pram/are carrying lots of items, this may pose a difficulty. It would have been good if there were basic cooking ingredients provided I.e oil, salt, pepper.

  Het appartement was schoon en comfortabel. Het ligt op prima loopafstand van de kerstmarkten en het centrum. Het keukenblok is goed uitgerust, met kastjes, koelkast en magnetron. Het appartementen complex is goed beveiligt en het is heel gemakkelijk om via je telefoon de voordeur en kamerdeur te openen.
  
  What could be improved: In de keuken was een magnetron, helaas zat er geen oven in.

  Perfectly located and nicely equipped appartment.
  
  What could be improved: Heating is too old and therefore the apartment is cold and not nice to be there. Even at the highest possible level, it feels like 19C and it is not possible to make it warmer. I was in contact with the client service and they send very quickly a technician, but it did not change anything. The heating system would just need to be modernised and one canNOT stay there. The appartment at Hildeboldplatz should therefore not be offered like this

  Stor lägenhet på bra läge, gångavstånd till allt det vi ville se. Lägenheten är ljus och genomgående med ett tyst och lugnt sovrum inåt gården. Enkel och tydlig kommunikation från värden före ankomst.
  
  What could be improved: Lite snålt med utrustning. När vi kom stod det kaffepods framställda som välkomst tillsammans med mineralvatten och läsk. Supertrevligt tänkte vi, då slipper vi köpa pods till frukosten imorgon. Men det visade sig dock vara pods som inte passade till kaffemaskinen. Varför? Och varför inte bjuda på en tablett till diskmaskinen? Vem går ut och köper ett helt paket disktabletter för en weekend? Och dessutom hade vi bara fått en enda duschhandduk. Ringde för att få det löst och fick då instruktionen att hämta i ett linneförråd i samma hus. Men koden jag fick stämde inte och sedan orkade jag inte lägga mer tid på att vänta i telefonkö.

  It is very complete, near the subway and supermarket.
  The location is just a few stations from the centre. It is full of bars around it.
  
  What could be improved: It doesn’t have air con. I requested by email but no one replied.
  Pillows are very bad quality but when I requested more they brought me 3 immediately.
  And it doesn’t have elevator! I was traveling by myself with big suitcases and it was terrible to go up!
