  Location, and facilities and design war really good.
  
  What could be improved: we stayed in the room 222 and what we didn´t like that the door to the bathroom was transparent, I mean we all need our privacy, no matter who we travel with. A mosquito net on the window would also be great; it was very hot and we wanted to sleep with the window open, but we were always worried that something might fly in.

  The property itself is amazing I'd say, quite and good view. The staff were really helpful and proactive, answer calls & queries even on Saturday evening.
  
  What could be improved: Additional washing machine in laundry room if possible as only couple of them provided (or further instruction about it) as everytime I checked the washing machines they were always full 🙁 other than that it's fine 🙂

  The location is fine, close to the river and public transport. All the necessary stuff was available. The shades on the windows were great 🙂

  The instructions and the not immediate solution, felt like following instructions for a treasure hunt. It was actually fun.

  The concept of iApartmemts is a good one. To have a studio and to have it setup with minimalistic staffing and allow the customer to enter and setup how they wish is better than most hotels.
  
  What could be improved: The concept is not executed well. The detail I received to enter the apartment did not work. When I called for assistance I spoke to four different people over a space of 30 mins ( while standing in the rain) and two of those people did not speak English. Frustrating.
  
  Plus, the heating/air con was above the bed. Noise all night and difficult to sleep.
