  What could be improved: I had booked two separate days at this hotel, I made the booking with the same bank card, one booking was confirmed, and the other was complete nonsense, because the hotel tried to debit money from my account twice before I arrived, although it was agreed that payment would be made upon arrival at the hotel, but one amount was an absurd 57117 euros, although the room rental price is 57.17 euros, there was no reaction to my complaint, and one of my bookings was cancelled due to this nonsense, when I arrived at the hotel and showed my bank account from which the hotel illegally tried to debit such a large amount from my account, the staff did not react in any way and did not apologize

  It was clean, comfortable, the bed was good, clean, lots of towels and it was nice that there was a kettle and a choice of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Also you have cable channels. The reception desk is also very good. Spacious bathroom, with an excellent adequate shower and warm water.

  The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy parking and convenient transportation to the city center. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and patient, meticulous and professional when checking us in. We are very satisfied!
