  Very spacious, sparkling clean, nice kitchen, A/C on the top floor, great bathroom, quiet area, very friendly and helpful host.
  We came for a weekend event in Lanxess arena, the S-Bahn stop Stammheim is a 20 minute walk. The house is very nice and well thought through.

  I had a fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the blinds on all the windows for a good night’s sleep. Parking was convenient for one car, and we easily found safe street parking for our second vehicle. The location was a leisurely 15-20 minute walk to the bus stop for easy access to Köln. Highly recommend!
  
  What could be improved: Before booking, one downside was that the pictures of a nearby restaurant made it seem much closer than it actually was; it turned out to be a drive away, not within walking distance.

  Very nice and cosy house/apartment with free private parking. It's just a 20 min drive from the center of Cologne which makes this a fantastic stay with a car, for a family with kids. Andreas and wife were super friendly and the apartment was well-equipped for a comfortable short stay. Kitchen had everything you needed (we didn't cook though, just used items to prepare breakfast and some cut fruits). Spacious apartment that can very comfortably fit and family of 4 and also had relatively new fittings and white goods everywhere. Will definitely come back again when I'm visiting Cologne!
  
  What could be improved: Nothing that was not to our liking. Only minor inconvenience (not to the fault of the hosts) were that there were some road works that sent us on detours to Cologne. It's just a 20 min drive but check for traffic and road closures so you have a smooth trip to the city center.
