  The apartment is very beautiful, well equipped and placed in a perfect location. Near the shops, train station. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet neighborhood. And a very large balcony with a nice view, perfect to enjoy the morning coffee. We appreciated the dishwasher machine. Overall we had an excellent stay.
  
  What could be improved: It wasn't anything not to like.
  But for longer stays a washing machine (for clothes) would have been useful. And also a better ventilation system in the bathroom.

  Quiet, comfortable, well equipped, not far from supermarkets, restaurants and the railway station.
  
  What could be improved: Finding and making up one duvet, being given instructions to strip the bed and take out the rubbish. Early correspondence came across as rather officious (we were sent 6 attachments including the rules), but our host then proved to be very helpful and pleasant.

  The apartment was in a great location. A short 5 minute walk to the tram stop, then 20 minute tram to the city centre. There is a local grocery store that is a 2 minute walk and a shipping centre that is 7 minute walk. The apartment itself was great, maybe not as spacious if you have 5 people staying however very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and nice to relax in if the weather permits. I Highly recommend.

  The apartment couldn't have been better! Thomas was amazing from start to finish and a great communicator so we knew everything we needed to know about our stay.
  Comfy beds, gorgeous balcony, great neighbourhood for food/drinks etc, great transport links.
  We would happily stay there again.

  What could be improved: Nothing at all! Some might complain that it's a bit far out from the centre (30 minute tram, 10 minute train, both within 5/10 minute walk) but we personally found it was nice to go back to somewhere a bit more chilled and suburban.
  It's important to be clear as well that it is a rented apartment, not a hotel. We had no problem making our own bed and tidying up the apartment before we left.

  Very clean, well stuffed with everythng we needed. We felt there was a thought that went behind to comfort the guests.
  
  What could be improved: I wouldn’t deduct amy points for this as this was clearly stated and we agreed to this, but just a suggestion to increase the check-in time window (currently it is 18-19 hrs.) without charhing any fees. This is too short a time window, especially for lomg distance travellers. But then again, we did not make any request, so maybe, they would have agreed to this.
