  Es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Die Rücksprachen mit dem Gastgeber liefen reibungslos, die Lage und Anbindung der Unterkunft zum Messegelände war perfekt.

  Sauberes Haus.
  Es ist sehr nah an das ÖPVN und doch leise.
  Vorhandenes Parkplatz ist gross und gleich neben dem Haus.
  Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe bei der Anreise sowie bei der Abreise.
  
  What could be improved: Eine Stufe in der Treppe ist recht schief geklebt. Man soll darauf achten.
  Ein paar Dinge dürfen gerne mehr Schrauben bekommen, um stabiler an der Wand befestigt zu sein.
  Sonst ist das Haus für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt gut.

  Right next to the tram so easy access. Plenty of space for 8 guests. Tvs in each room.
  
  What could be improved: Only one toilet roll provided which isn't much for 7 people for 3 nights. Pillows were not the best.

  What could be improved: Weinig keukengerei. Geen vleesmes, 1 koekepan (de tweede werkte niet op de inductieplaat). Te weinig glazen voor 8 personen.

  The owner and staff were super friendly while we were onboarded but also in our whole trip! Excellent assistance and aid whenever necessary.
  
  The location is awesome, near the train station which will get you to centre of Koln in minutes. Some people complain in reviews about being noisy but that isn't true and the sound propagated it's far from being annoying.

  Was kann einem an solche einer gefakten Wohnung, etc gefallen ?
  Betten waren dann aber sauber.
  
  What could be improved: Sehr viel! Schlüsselübergabe wurde in 2 Minuten durchgeführt! Die Wohnung ist recht verwohnt. Sehr viel defekt. Türen aus den Angeln gerissen, Löcher in den Wänden,
  Verschimmelter Duschvorhang, von 4 TV waren 3 defekt, bzw Kabel aus den Geräten gerissen, Tolletten dreckig!,
  Toaster defekt, Kein Gemeinschaftsraum/Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Mülltonnen nicht geleert,
  Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon quoll über ! S-Bahn direkt vor der Tür (sehr laut).
  Nach mehrfacher Beschwerde, sollte dann am zweiten Abend um 20:00 Uhr die Wohnung gereinigt werden! (wir waren natürlich ausser Haus, da man sich dort nicht gemütlich aufhalten konnte).
  Gastherme im Schalfzimmer, Geschirr im Schrank dreckig, Kühlschrank defekt sowie nicht geleert worden!
