  What could be improved: The checkout was extremely slow. It should be as easy as leaving the keys in a bowl. Was the only thing I didn’t like. Also I almost missed my train because the queue was too long due to the checkout.

  What could be improved: Swimming pool is not part of the hotel, but separate and requiring 18 EU entry for 24 hours. Breakfast is also rather pricey at 30EU. This is more of an issue with this not bring clearly indicated on the booking listing though.

  I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that. I booked a superior room, which was quite spacious and very clean. The hotel's location was excellent—during my stay, I had easy access to the city center, historical sites, the river, and more.
  After booking, the hotel reached out to ask where my 3-year-old son would prefer to sleep. I requested a cot, and when we arrived, there was a clean, neatly prepared cot in the room, complete with a teddy bear. My son was surprised and delighted. He played with the teddy bear and happily slept in his cot with the toy. As a parent who usually faces challenges helping my son sleep while traveling, this creativity by the hotel made our stay more pleasant.
  
  What could be improved: The only aspect I did not like was the bathroom. During showers, the water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Fortunately, since the weather was warm, it wasn’t too uncomfortable.

  What could be improved: I thought the indoor swimming pool was included in the price until I found out a few days before our arrival that it was not included and not even in the hotel. The hotel changed the description on Booking.com. I wanted to cancel the hotel for another hotel with a good price but all full up. Very disappointed but we enjoyed the beautiful hotel.
