  Cozy apartment, well decorated and equipped. Our family of 5 had a nice and relaxing stay. The house has a lot of sustainable features such as solar heated water, solar energy, rain water capture, and the possibility to charge electric cars (though sadly I was not driving one). A guidebook was available with tips from the owner for visiting Cologne, along other Cologne related books on the dining room.
  
  What could be improved: Being at a residential area, there's not much that is accessible by walking. You'll need to take a car or public transport (maybe a cargo bike) for most needs.

  The property was in a lovely quiet suburb of Cologne. It is a 4 minute walk to the train station, where a 15 minute ride has you right in the city centre. The property has everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Pleasant host, comfortable beds and ample kitchen equipment. The terrace was an added bonus.
