  The apartment is an excellent location and is spacious with good amount of sunlight and close to shops.
  I would definitely rent this apartment again if I need to go to Cologne. Everything was close to it and the instructions and hosts were easy clear and communicative. The stay was super comfortable
  
  What could be improved: Parking is unclear, I received a parking ticket for parking like the other cars, but this is my fault not the hosts fault.
  
  The neighbor came and asked us if we are renting short stay we said yes and then he complained about the hygiene in HIS apartment and told us to go look, we didn’t haha, was weird but also not the hosts fault.

  Appartement was clean and well maintained with special decoration. Not far from public transport. Access to the Appartement was very easy and owner was very responsive and supportive. A quiet and nice place. Good for family stay.

  – The pictures don't do this apartment justice! It was bigger & more spacious than we expected, with plenty of living/sleeping space.

  What could be improved: Upon arriving at the location, we could not find a name on the doorbell. Consequently, we were compelled to linger outside the door for an extended period until one of the neighbours kindly opened it for us. After gaining access to the premises, we expended considerable effort to locate the security box. Once inside, we had a question regarding the heating system, but upon calling the number provided by the landlord, someone other than the intended recipient answered. Regrettably, it became apparent that we had dialled the wrong number, rendering communication with the landlord impossible.
