  What could be improved: Das Badezimmer war nicht unbedingt sauber (Haare und Staub in den Ecken). Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist alles andere als praktisch (aber zugegeben, das war auf den Fotos abgebildet)

  Positiv war der Fernseher mit Netflix-Zugang und das kostenlose WLAN – das war wirklich praktisch.
  
  What could be improved: Das Appartement in der Berliner Straße 139 in Köln-Mülheim war insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit war größtenteils gegeben, nur in einigen Ecken hätte besser geputzt werden können.
  
  Die Toilette ist extrem klein, was etwas unpraktisch ist. Außerdem sind die Wände sehr hellhörig – man bekommt viel vom Mehrfamilienhaus mit. Wer empfindlich auf Lärm reagiert, sollte das bedenken.
  
  Das Bett war zwar sauber, aber leider sehr unbequem, da es bei jeder Bewegung laut quietscht. An erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken.
  
  Fazit: Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay, aber es gibt definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial.

  Брали апартаменти за 12 годин до заселення і все пройшло чудово. Все було чисто, були в наявності всі прибори, посуд, рушники, мило, фен, гель для душу.
  Дуже сподобалося, що тихе місце і можна було виспатися майже до 10 ранку. Хоча в цей час зазвичай доволі шумно.

  What could be improved: Pislik içinde heryer kıl içindeydi, Temizlik uzun süredir yapılmamıştı. Çarşaf temizliği bile şüpheliydi yeni yıkanmış bir koku yoktu ve içinde saçlar vardı. Buzdolabının içinden bile kıllar çıktı. Açıkcası leş gibi bir yer.

  What could be improved: Zunächst haben wir erst eine Stunde vor unserer angekündigten Ankunft an der Wohnungsadresse eine E-Mail mit den Zugangsdaten (Code für die Haustür und die Schlüsselbox an der Wohnungstür) erhalten. Zum Glück können wir Mails von unterwegs abrufen, sonst hätten wir alt ausgesehen, zumal der Vermieter unseren Anruf unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer nicht angenommen hat – geschweige denn zurückgerufen hat. Wir fragen uns, warum wir eine Ankunftszeit im Voraus haben nennen müssen, wenn sowieso niemand vor Ort ist. Das ultra kleine Bad (ca. 1,20 x 0,60m ) ist schmutzig, hat kein Fenster und der Abzug funktioniert nicht. Am kleinen Gäste-Waschbecken gibt es nicht einmal warmes Wasser. Die Küche spartanisch eingerichtet – nicht einmal eine Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf den Innenhof ist ebenfalls unschön, da man auf Mülltonnen und Sperrmüll schaut. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ist größtenteils abgeklebt, da man auf das ca. 3m entfernte Nachbarhaus nur schaut und die Nachbarn aus diesem Haus im 1.Stock wunderbar ins Schlafzimmer schauen könnten. Es gibt keine Rollläden und auch keine Klimaanlage. die im Portal aufgeführt ist. Die Tür im Treppenhaus zum Innenhof stand auf. An dieser völlig verschmutzten Tür wurde Anfang April 2025 ein roter Warnzettel angebracht, dass Köder und Gift gegen Ratten und Ungeziefer ausgelegt wurde. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung direkt hinter einem öffentlichen Waschsalon. Wir waren froh, dass der nachts geschlossen hat, da man die Waschmaschinen in unserem Schlafzimmer schleudern hörte.
  Insgesamt haben wir nur in der Wohnung – mehr schlecht als recht – geschlafen und sind nach kurzer Nacht frühestmöglich abgereist.
