The rooms at B-Chill Cologne live up to the name — there’s definitely a relaxed, contemporary vibe that makes you want to actually spend time there. It’s the kind of breakfast that sets you up properly for a day of walking around Cologne’s old town.

  Great location. The train station and many other tourist spots are within walking distance. Walking from the train station to the hotel, you can feel the dynamic vibe of the old city, but once in the hotel you're away from the crowds of tourists, where you can enjoy the serenity of the neighborhood. The staff are nice and friendly, particularly the gentleman at the reception desk, who provided us with a lot of useful information. He even hleped us book an Uber car so that we were able to catch the bus and continued our journey successfully. Highly recommend!

  Very modern and clean room!
  We had a great stay the room was very modern and spotless. There was a coffee machine and a nice selection of teas provided, which was a lovely touch. The shower was excellent, and in my experience, the bed was extremely comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back!
  
  What could be improved: The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but the receptionist was very helpful and quickly helped us find a nearby spot.

  Good location, close to the cathedral, and a 20-minute walk to Lanxess Arena.
  Clean, free mini bar with soft drinks, sweets, tea, and coffee. We were on the last floor with a balcony, which I recommend.
  
  What could be improved: Not a big fan of the glass bathroom, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

  Staff were excellent. The receptionist very good in dealing with a slight hiccup we had with the safe!!( Which was me being stupid), he was more than willing to help, happy and enjoyed a bit of banter with us- a credit to the company.

  The gents working at reception were brilliant! They went out of their way to assist us. They were very kind and professional. They were always willing to help and go the extra mile! We would return to this hotel for sure due to the staff.
  
  What could be improved: Not an issue with the hotel itself but people love just letting their doors slam closed. We were also near the elevator and stair access door, so noise was a bit high there but that is easily remedied by not getting a room near that.
