  Exceptionally well-equipped apartment – it had absolutely everything you could need (other than a washing machine, but we knew this is advance!).
  
  An easy walk to both S-bahn and U-bahn stations, and it only took us ~35mins to walk into the centre of Cologne.

  We stayed in the Loft. An excellent space that fully served the purpose of our trip.
  Excellent host… he was waiting for us so everything was easy.
  A small problem with the locking of the loft door, but it was quickly resolved.
  Excellent location in a very quiet neighbourhood. Metro 5/10 metres away on foot, as well as all kinds of shops.
  
  What could be improved: Here's a tip… the Loft could use a broom so that we could keep the Apartment cleaner.
