  What could be improved: Profesyonel bir temizlik yoktu. Evde eşyalar vardı ama eskiydi ve hijyenik değildi. İçimize sinerek mutfak eşyalarını kullanamadık çünkü fırının içi bile kötü kokuyordu. Yataklar eski ve kötü kokuyordu. Kişisel eşyalar evde mevcuttu. Kendi çarşaf ve havlularımızı yeniden almak zorunda kaldık. Bir gece zorunlu sebeplerden dolayı (şehirde bomba bulunması) evden ayrılmamıza rağmen ücret iadesi yapılmadı.

В квартирі брудно, постільна білизна не свіжа, рушникам років 10, в вітальні два дивани брудні , в плямах, в ванній кімнаті брудна білизна знаходилася ,, неприємний запах. В кухні в холодильнику чужі продукти , все брудне, електрична плита була включена, брудна тостер не помитий від попередніх гостей. В шафі чужий одяг , скрізь павутина і пил. Це просто велика неповага до людей.
