  we forgot a little child backpack and the owner was very friendly and shipped it over to us to Berlin.
  
  What could be improved: 1. initially there weren’t enough towels – we had to call and ask for more which was delivered by cleaning staff.
  2. we were given bedclothes for 5 persons – that wasn’t critical since our 2 yrs old daughter sleeps with us. still, the aptmt was booked for 6p.

  What could be improved: Nothing is good, it's very dirty, we got infected from the dirt, the owner is very unapproachable and uncultured, we arrived at the announced time, he didn't even wait for us, so we met his cleaning lady to give us the key so we could enter the apartment , we lost half an hour to find the apartment door. To sum it all up, after a thousand different apartments where we traveled, this one is definitely the worst. Thank you and never with you again. Sports greeting

  The Place was good and big enough for a family with 4 children, the Kitchen was also prefect.

  What could be improved: Das Bad war schmutzig, Heizung und Fliesen.
  Ab 21 Uhr hat Ruhe zu sein. Es waren Zettel an der Wohnung- und Balkontür. Wir mussten unsere Betten selber beziehen und haben die Anweisung bekommen, die Betten wieder abzuziehen. Das geht gar nicht, für den Preis. Würde die Ferienwohnung niemals weiterempfehlen.
