  What could be improved: Mussten erstmal selber sauber machen. Abends sehr laut, oben spielen ständig Kinder. Mussten die Fester schließen weil von draußen stehen Leute reden und rauchen. Mussten pünktlich raus, kein entgegen kommen wegen dem Auszug. Die Nachbarschaft kam uns unsicher vor.

  Für unsere Zwecke komplett ausreichend. Angemessen sauber, gut in Kalk gelegen, sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
  
  What could be improved: Die Wohnung hat nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Zudem ist "Gartenblick" beim Blick in den Innenhof sehr beschönigend ausgedrückt, das fanden wir persönlich jetzt aber nicht schlimm.

  Das Apartment war in Ordnung für 1 Zimmer Apartment mann hatte was mann braucht ist nicht weit von denn Geschäften entfernt ich als alter kölner habe mich wieder wie zuhause gefühlt gute Gegend da kann man alles gut erreichen zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn oder Bus usw
  
  What could be improved: Das Internet war richtig S…….. WLAN ging nicht immer 2 min da und dann immer weg kommt und geht jede 2min wieder weg und das Fernsehen hängte auch immer war immer nervig wenn mann abends gucken wollte
