  Goede uitgerust vakantieverblijf. Prachtig onderhouden monumentale woning. Gezellig en stijlvol ingericht. Zoals beschreven wat gehorig (verkeer en vloeren). Niet storend, wij vonden het juist typerend en passend bij de accommodatie.

  The house is very old, one of the oldest in Zundorf. The location is quite good, there are alot shops, bars and restaurants close by and the river is 5 minutes walk. I booked for my mother and her friend as it seemed like a really nice place, the road outside unfortunately doesn't stop all night so it was difficult for them to get a decent rest at nights, they found the beds quite uncomfortable but the owner brought some mattress toppers that sorted that issue.
  
  What could be improved: There was a few bits that didn't look like they had been cleaned in years, notable the tv stand in the livngroom looked like it had been in a smoke filled room for 5 years or so there were also empty beer bottles and sweet wrappers under the sofa, it was also quite dusty when you looked around. This was my mothers first trip abroad in decades and I asked the host to make it nice for her, there was no exception made, no fruit or any food in the cupboards, not even a biscuit. There was a bottle of wine though.. oh and two bottles of waters. Also there were coffee machines with a few capsules provided.
  The host said a breakfast would be supplied at his expense at a nearby cafe. Normally when you stay somewhere a breakfast provided would mean each morning you stay at the property but that was not the case ,, he meant ONE. He did however pay for two as they went on the second day but contacted me to let me know he actually meant he was supplying one breakfast.

  the house is really beautiful, and in a nice position near a beautiful path for walking near the river
  the hosts were kind and accommodating, they were really nice. they made all the effort to make us feel at home.
